Hand-harvested grapes are pressed gently shortly thereafter. Each grape variety is fermented separately in steel tanks at low temperatures in order to retain all its aromatic compounds and delicacy.
Appearance – Straw yellow with green highlights.
Nose – Mineral, fresh and expressive primary aromas such as green apple, pear, white flowers, citrus and exotic fruits.
Palate – Smooth textured wine, fresh and elegant. Good balance between the acidity and the fruit concentration.
Food pairing: Pairs perfectly with seafood, veggies, salads and Japanese food.
