WINEMAKING:
Vineyards: The grapes are grown in Batea area in Terra Alta region, southern Catalonia. Vines are located on “Panal” soils. These quaternary soils are characterized by the presence of fine sand-silt and white coloured silt that contribute to fruity, soft wines with a touch of sweetness.
TASTING NOTES:
Appearance – Straw yellow with green highlights.
Nose – Very aromatic, with aromas of green apple, lemon, white flowers, mango and melon, with a mineral touch.
Palate – Wine of Mediterranean character. Fresh with some creaminess. Medium acidity and balanced aftertaste.
Food pairing: Pairs perfectly with grilled white fish, smoked fish, soft cow cheese, rice, tartars and carpaccios.
