Winemaking: Hand-harvested grapes are pressed gently shortly thereafter. Each grape variety is fermented separately in steel tanks at low temperatures in order to retain all its aromatic compounds and delicacy.
Appearance – Straw yellow with green highlights.
Nose – Very aromatic, with aromas of green apple, lemon, white flowers, mango and melon, with a mineral touch.
Palate – Wine of Mediterranean character. Fresh with some creaminess. Medium acidity and balanced aftertaste.
Food pairing: Pairs perfectly with grilled white fish, smoked fish, soft cow cheese, rice, tartars and carpaccios.
