WINEMAKING:
Vineyards: The grapes are grown in Batea area in Terra Alta region, southern Catalonia. Vines are located on “Panal” soils. These quaternary soils are characterized by the presence of fine sand-silt and white coloured silt that contribute to fruity, soft wines with a touch of sweetness.
TASTING NOTES:
Appearance – Medium ruby color.
Nose – Very expressive with aromas of black and red fruits with mineral notes.
Palate – Elegant wine with soft tannins and great freshness, finesse and minerality. Pleasant aftertaste with red and black fruits hints. Medium acidity.
Food pairing: Pairs perfectly with grilled vegetables, poultry and complex salads
